Anyway, could you help me with buying a gun? Or more specifically, a rifle?

Is there a specific reason? I mean, yeah, of course, but should I be concerned?

I know, I saw the posts too. We have to head over there soon to talk to that maybe witness who may or may not actually have anything useful on the Clarkson cold case, I thought we could look around and see if we can find anything.

[So he might have had a couple drinks to prepare himself for making this concession, because it still fucking upsets him and he's still pissed that Nick did it and only told him when it wouldn't make sense to him.]

And you're right, it's stupid and dangerous. It's a terrible idea, but it's the only one we've got. Will you let me finish explaining now?

11/27 sometime at work; action
If followed, he'll be found sitting on the sofa, nursing a cup of coffee as he stares somewhat blankly at the ceiling.]

It's obvious there's something wrong with Kotetsu, and when he reads back through his interactions with the fake chief, he thinks he knows what it is. It's obvious what set Kotetsu off, and given the things they talked about when they were drunk, he has his suspicions why.
It's telling how much the network's changed him when, unlike the last time he'd gone to Kotetsu in the middle of a workday, he doesn't even hesitate. He erases his number from his phone, closes out of his email, and follows after Kotetsu to the break room.
There he sits down on the sofa next to him, slouching down and resting his head back against the top of the couch. He looks at home there, probably because he's slept just like that a number of times rather than go home.]
That coffee isn't going to taste any better if you drink it as slow as possible.

When did you last see Alex?
He is my roommate and he has gone missing.
[and instead of asking whether Nick knows him first, Ravi's jumping straight to the assumption that he does. why beat around the bush and give Nick the opportunity to deny it when it's already been confirmed by Lyall that Nick was there?]
